| Support offshore with membership insignia. |
Royal National Lifeboat Institution Offshore members keen to publicise their support of the lifeboat service
can purchase a range of insignia clothing from the Insignia catalogue 2001.
The range includes popular garments such as a chunky unisex fleece, a striped rugby shirt, a zip neck polo shirt,
tee shirts and a stylish suede baseball cap. Members can also purchase personal accessories such as ties, badges
and cuff links and flags, burgees and non-slip coasters for their boat.
Sharon New, Offshore Recruitment Officer explains how insignia clothing is so important to the Offshore
recruitment message. "We know that there are many sea-users and boat owners who have yet to join Offshore.
We hope that the sight of one of their colleagues wearing an Offshore fleece, or a neighbouring boat flying
an Offshore burgee may be just the incentive they need to bacome members themselves."
The Insignia catalogue 2001 is sent out with the annual membership pack, or copies can be obtained from Customer

Offshore members play a very important part in supporting the RNLI. The regular income contributed through
Offshore subscriptions allows the RNLI to plan for the future for the lifeboat stations around the coast
